The Dashboard

The dashboard displays all the key operational information in one place, allowing you stay on top of each and every load.

Guide Two

Using the Filters

This walk through guide shows you how to find the load you are looking for. If the load does not appear within the default filters selected you will need to adjust the dates and/or the statuses to make sure it appears in the list.

Assigning a Driver & Vehicle

This walk through guides shows you how to assign a load received from a TMS to a vehicle and a driver. It does not show how to manually create a load or manage and create vehicles or drivers.

Adding an Additional Stop

Each delivery stop needs a separate shipper reference to make sure the delivery documents for each one end up in the right place. You need to add multiple shipper references to the Pickup Location so when creating the Drop Off locations you can select which reference number applies.

Reviewing a POD

This walk through guide shows how to review and action the next steps for a POD that has been uploaded by a driver after completing delivery.

Updating Actual Arrival & Departure Times

This walk through guides shows how to add the actual time for a loads arrival and departure, and indicating if the load was delayed, on time, etc. This is important information to flow back to the TMS, if you are integrated with one.

Manual POD Upload to Portal

If you need to manually upload the POD to a load (because it was not done via the mobile app) you can do so on the 'Proof of Delivery' menu. Please make sure to still Submit or Accept the POD after is has been uploaded.

Manual Multiple Stop POD Upload

Follow the guide below to see how to upload PODs for loads with multiple stops. N.B. for the last stop you need to upload ALL the delivery documents in one file. Please make sure to still 'Accept' the POD after is has been uploaded.
