Accessing the Blupath Portal

How do I log in to the platform?

Visit https://portal.blupath.com/ and enter your login details. 

How do I reset my password?

Enter your username on the login screen https://portal.blupath.com/ and click ‘Reset Password.’ 

How do I change my password?

Use the password reset link on the login page and you can change your password.

Can I access the platform from multiple devices or locations?

Yes, the Blupath Portal can be accessed via any device with a web browser and internet connection, however the best experience is on a desktop browser. 

How do I manage user permissions and access levels for my team members?

In the Admin menu under ‘Manage Users’ you can add a new user or update the permission for existing. You can view a guide on how to do this.  

Using the Blupath Portal

How do I navigate the platform to find the features I need?

Use the menu on the left to navigate to different features. You can see it on our intro video. 

What kind of training or support is available to help me use the platform effectively?

The Blupath Training Centre contains walk through guides covering the main features. Let us know what’s missing using this form.

How to find a specific load?

On the ‘Manage Load’ screen you can use the use the search box to find a load using any attributes – driver name, customer, Load ID etc. Make sure you have selected the correct date range. 

How do I add a trailer?

Add it the master data from the ‘New Vehicle’ page. Add the registration number to ‘Registration Number’ and ‘Trailer Registration Number’ fields. Select trailer from ‘Equipment Type’ if that has been set up. 

What is the difference between ‘Submit’ and ‘Accept’ for a POD document?

Clicking ‘Submit’ will approve the POD and submit it back the TMS (if your Blupath is integrated with one). Clicking ‘Accept’ will not submit the POD but will change its status to ‘Accepted’ indicating has been reviewed.
